Bancha green tea has a mild, earthy grassiness with dry, toasty notes and a walnutty aftertaste. It has a grassy aroma and a yellowish liquid with a bitter aftertaste.
Pour 1 tsp. of tea into 8-12 oz of 180°F simmering water. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
